How Our Service Works
First, we’ll need access to your bookkeeping or we’ll set it up for you on your behalf
Next, we’ll need restricted read-only access to your business bank accounts, credit cards, and payment and bill processors.
Then, we’ll set up a kick-off call with your new bookkeeper or bookkeeping team.
First we'll give you an estimate as to how long catch-up bookkeeping will take.
Once we get your okay, we’ll do all the work to get your bookkeeping caught up.
If there’s no catch up that needs to be done, then we can just jump into ongoing monthly bookkeeping.
Your bookkeeper will categorize your bank and credit card transactions each week.
Your bookkeeper will reconcile your bank and credit card balances.
After the month closes, your bookkeeper will send you a list of transactions they need your help categorizing.
Then your bookkeeper will send you accurate, timely and beautiful financial reports either between the 5th and the 15th or the 15th and 25th of every month.
You’ll also get financial highlights from the prior month.
