How Our Service Works

STEP1

SET UP

  • First, we’ll need access to your bookkeeping or we’ll set it up for you on your behalf

  • Next, we’ll need restricted read-only access to your business bank accounts, credit cards, and payment and bill processors.

  • Then, we’ll set up a kick-off call with your new bookkeeper or bookkeeping team.


STEP 2

CATCH-UP

  • First we'll give you an estimate as to how long catch-up bookkeeping will take.

  • Once we get your okay, we’ll do all the work to get your bookkeeping caught up.

  • If there’s no catch up that needs to be done, then we can just jump into ongoing monthly bookkeeping.


STEP 3

ON GOING

  • Your bookkeeper will categorize your bank and credit card transactions each week.

  • Your bookkeeper will reconcile your bank and credit card balances.

  • After the month closes, your bookkeeper will send you a list of transactions they need your help categorizing.

  • Then your bookkeeper will send you accurate, timely and beautiful financial reports either between the 5th and the 15th or the 15th and 25th of every month.

  • You’ll also get financial highlights from the prior month.
