Who We Are
Paco de Leon, Founder
Paco is a musician who happens to be killer at finance. Her professional experience ranges from business consulting, business management, financial planning, wealth management, and she even spent some time at a big, monster-sized evil bank.
Her experiences lead her to found The Hell Yeah Group and Hell Yeah, Bookkeeping, both are boutique financial firms that serve the creative community in their intersections with money and finance.
She lives in Echo Park, Los Angeles with her wife Jenn and plays in a band called Mister Fantasy. She co-founded the arts-based nonprofit organization, Allies in Arts that supports artists who are womxn, BIPOC, and LGBTQQIA2S.
Randy Felten, Bookkeeper
Randy graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a business accounting degree and has been working in the accounting industry since 2012. After hearing Paco speak at an Intuit conference, they connected, and he joined the HYG team at the end of 2018. Randy lives in North Long Beach with his wife Margaux and their two cats, Eno and Junaux. In his free time, he enjoys true crime podcasts/documentaries and desert-scaping his yard.
Jon David, Bookkeeper
Jon David is a native New Englander in sunny Los Angeles. He’s also a bookworm, a yogi, and history and behavioral economics buff. He is a graduate of Northeastern University with a BS in Business with a small business management concentration. He has over 16 years of experience in various financial roles throughout the entertainment industry, including as a controller, production accountant, and business manager. He’s a meticulous goof, the best kind of guy to maintain your books!
Emily Bible, Bookkeeper
After providing bookkeeping, organizing and operations consulting in NYC for 20 years Emily has recently relocated to Eagle Rock, LA. She loves tackling all those forgotten piles of paperwork, messy excel sheets and unfinished projects to bring cohesion, organization and simplicity to clients’ lives. Well, at work anyway.
Emily is passionate about native plants and food sovereignty. Her cat Hazel is passionate about belly rubs.
